Deze opleiding is bedoeld voor HR-professionals, HR-managers en leidinggevenden die met AI in aanraking komen binnen hun team hun team of organisatie.
Buts
Deelnemers brengen een eigen laptop of device (e.g. tablet) mee.
Na deze opleiding ken je:
- de basisconcepten en terminologie van AI
- de belangrijkste AI-toepassingen per HR-domein
- het wettelijke en ethisch kader rond AI in HR (AVG, EU AI Act) en de risico's die daarbij specifiek spelen
